5. Payment and Billing
All pricing, billing terms, and payment schedules will be outlined in your Service Agreement or Invoice.
Payments are typically required prior to lead delivery or on a prepaid basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All fees are non-refundable once leads have been generated or delivered, due to the real-time and performance-based nature of our services.
Late or non-payment may result in the suspension of active campaigns or access to data.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, branding, trademarks, graphics, and intellectual property found on Akentric’s website or in its materials are owned or licensed by Akentric.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our intellectual property without prior written authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akentric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or relating to the use of our Services — including, but not limited to, lost profits, data, or business opportunities.
